DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS (10:42 am QUE Karen Oberthaler, VMD DACVIM (Onc)/que)

Everything went very well today. Tanzi received vincristine chemotherapy and had his echocardiogram.

Because he experienced diarrhea after receiving vincristine before, I am sending him home with metronidazole for you to have on hand just in case.

Please schedule Tanzi’s next chemotherapy appointment for 1 week from now.

Sincerely,
